WATCH: SZA - "Babylon" [VIDEO]

The 23-year-old TDE singer just announced the release date of her new project Z, which will drop April 8, the second of her trio series which started with S last year. 

Along with the announcement of the EP came her official video for the lead single, "Babylon", produced by DJ Dahi. The visuals were directed by APLUS.FILMZ, providing the kind of cleansing, ambient concept that comes with not just this record, but just about all of SZA's music. Follow up: SZA - "Aftermath"

I'm not sure I had even heard of SZA until her new "Teen Spirit" video was posted on this blog just below (which was produced by Wondagurl of Jay Z's "Crown" on MCHG). 

Doing my usual follow up I came across her debut EP See SZA Run from last year, and also her latest work in a series of EP's entitled S, Z, and A. The "Teen Spirit" single is for her forthcoming Z project, but this cut is from S, which dropped this past April. "Aftermath" has a spectral feel and a quasi-romanticism to it.
