Caught wind of this song via Pitchfork, who hardly ever disappoints. Frankie Rose is a solo alternative-rock vocalist and songwriter. She put out a percussive cover of the Damned's "Street of Dreams" yesterday, which is apparently consistent with her "bleak, gothic chill". I look forward to hearing more from Rose as her album 'Herein Wild' is set to release September 24th in North America. Check out the cover below.
